APP-GET is a command for Windows which uses(and includes) WGET for Windows.
With it, you can download and install apps to your Windows PC, somewhat similar to Ubuntu and Debian's APT-GET
The usage of the command is a bit different from Linux's APT-GET. Instead of doing "APT-GET INSTALL PACKAGE", you
simply do "app-get package"
Some packages are stored inside the project Sourceforge Page because we do not want the links to change.
The program can only be updated by using:
app-get update
In order to be able to use APP-GET from Windows's CMD without having to use CD C:\winux\bin\app-get,
you must set the path to that directory and then restart the PC.
The program was tested with Windows 8 Pro and Windows Seven.
